We spend our Christmas in a hotel that offered us some good things. the room was cleaned properly every day, and the bed linen smelled fresh always. there were some decent restaurants nearby. One of them had some great food and drinks at affordable prices. the hotel's location was convenient, too, with a shopping center just across the street.

The hotel had many downsides. First, the staff was not very helpful, and they hardly smiled.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location of the hotel was also a plus as it was easy to access main roads and nearby shops. the hotel offered a wide range of cuisine in their restaurant that catered to my dietary requirements.

On the other hand, my stay was not entirely comfortable as the room had a musty smell and the blankets provided were worn out. the bathroom was not cleaned to a good standard and the towels provided were damp and smelled bad.
